Get fit and ready for the Sunday Mail Bay-City at the Free Anytime Fitness 10 Week Training Workshops

Bring your friends and get ready to have fun. Workshops will consist of beginners, intermediate and advanced training groups. We encourage you to take it at your own pace. 

You don't need to register for the workshops and you're welcome to join at any time during the 10 weeks.
